Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement governs the MTProto Proxy service provided by the Administration. By using the service — including launching the bot, making a payment, or accessing any materials — you confirm that you have read and accept all conditions. If you disagree, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Nature of the Service

The service provides MTProto proxy access for Telegram — a digital, intangible service. Upon successful payment, the user receives a connection link delivered via the Telegram bot. The service includes automatic server monitoring and replacement when a server is detected as blocked.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS." The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the service will meet every user's expectations. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect losses, consequences of using the service, actions of third parties (including Telegram or internet service providers), or temporary technical disruptions. All decisions regarding use of the service are made by the user at their own risk.

4. Lawful Use

Users must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The user bears full responsibility for lawful usage. The service is intended solely for accessing Telegram in regions where it is restricted.

5. Intellectual Property

All service materials, code, and content are protected by intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, or otherwise using service materials without the explicit written permission of the rights holder.

6. Access Restrictions

The Administration reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to the service for violations of this Agreement, abuse, or as required by applicable law.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are made via Telegram Stars. Once access has been granted, refunds are not provided, except in cases where:

• The service was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side, or
• Access was not actually provided after payment

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment by contacting support through the Telegram bot. Users must not initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting support.

8. Changes to the Agreement

The Administration may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
